- We require 48 hours notice for all online orders. If you require urgent service, please call our office at 604-737-7062.
- All orders placed online will receive a confirmation email or phone call; your order is not confirmed until we contact you.
- If you would like to make notes or requests regarding food items or your order in general, please use the 'note' areas which will be provided when you check out your order.
- Lastly, we require a deposit of 20% for any order over $1000. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please be aware that 48 hours notice must be provided to cancel any such order. If appropriate notice is not provided, your deposit will not be refunded.
